- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Perishable goods, personalized/customized items, and products marked as "non-returnable" are not eligible for return.

Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
