  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Perishable goods, personalized/customized items, and products marked as "non-returnable" are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
